It’s great to see so many people keen to learn a new stroke. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and found it useful. At the rate everyone is going it won’t take long to reach a 2 Star standard and gain a 1 and 2 star certificates. I hope everyone will see it through.

Dear All – this trip is open to everyone and although its in winter the bar in the evening will be warm as will the sauna (I can’t vouch for the swimming pool – that was freezing last time!).

I would like to get numbers firmed up as soon as possible so please let me know if you can come along.

Should make it clear, the training was for beginners to get them up to standard and keep the game flowing and not for competition training.

I cannot recommend this course highly enough – it should be essential training for every aspiring canoeist/kayaker
