The River Wye – Camping Weekend Trip

Friday 26th May – 29th May (late May Bank Holiday Weekend)

I am pleased to announce that Braintree Canoeing Club is once again inviting all members (and families) of all abilities, new and old to a 3 day, 3 night canoe / camping weekend in the beautiful Wye Valley (AONB).

We aim to arrange a 3-4 leisurely paddles along the scenic River Wye (Friday to Monday) and to also spend some time at Symonds Yat East where paddlers of all abilities can gain some experience playing on a Grade 2 rapid. It will be fun and it’s ideal if it’s your first time on moving water.

…And just in case you don’t wish to paddle, then there’s still lots more to do and see within the local area.

“WITH LIMITED AVAILABILITY, IT’S ADVISABLE TO BOOK EARLY SO NOT TO BE DISAPPOINTED”

...the campsite is already receiving bookings for this busy Bank Holiday weekend.
