Well done and many congratulations goes to Kirk, Tony, Wayne, Ash and Dan on successfully completing their 1 day Foundation Safety and Rescue Training (FSRT) course on the River Stour in Bures on Sunday.

They have all now gained further safety and rescue skills to British Canoeing standards and expanded their knowledge and experience that will not only be of great benefit to them personally but also to their families, friends and club members whilst participating in various paddling activities.

It is also worth noting that these five club members who volunteered for this course (funded by Braintree Canoeing Club) did so, so that they could also offer their support and assistance to future club pool sessions.
